This pharmacy ignores their phones. You could be calling and it will go to voicemail and they still will not get back to you. Very disorganized, looks like an old mama pops shop inside from the hay day. Someone of the people that work there are careless. I would not advise this place.

Great customer service
I called the pharmacy in question looking to soothe an asthma attack. So I asked for a mask for my nebulizer machine, I was informed that I needed a prescription to receive it, that caught me by surprise in seeing that this was the closest location to me. Therefore I would have to travel further to receive treatment. I can also hear employees on the phone in the background saying they weren't gonna deal with that (me). Thanks for your amazing customer service. 0 out of 5 stars.
When I received my medicine from St. Matthews pharmacy I went home and decided to count the amount of pills in the bottle, I noticed their were a few missing from the container so I called them immediately and informed them of the discovery. The lady on the phone was so unprofessional, when I told her what happened, the first thing she said to me was check the people in your household they might have tooken them (I live alone btw).
