Great customer service
I called the pharmacy in question looking to soothe an asthma attack. So I asked for a mask for my nebulizer machine, I was informed that I needed a prescription to receive it, that caught me by surprise in seeing that this was the closest location to me. Therefore I would have to travel further to receive treatment. I can also hear employees on the phone in the background saying they weren't gonna deal with that (me). Thanks for your amazing customer service. 0 out of 5 stars.
When I received my medicine from St. Matthews pharmacy I went home and decided to count the amount of pills in the bottle, I noticed their were a few missing from the container so I called them immediately and informed them of the discovery. The lady on the phone was so unprofessional, when I told her what happened, the first thing she said to me was check the people in your household they might have tooken them (I live alone btw). Polite customer service, however they never answer the phones, and it does not have a voicemail set up for when customers need to leave a message. I have litterly had to drive down several times to get a refill done and then wait. While I wait there were several times the phone was ringing and they ignored it, while I was sitting right there watching.
