Took my husband here and paid $200 on the 9th lady was rude to me when I'm just trying to get his blood pressure meds and cholesterol is high cant even call to give lab results waste of money they don't care about you unless u can afford insurance it's the 15th and still no meds.
very unprofessional. i went earlier this year to get some meds for Covid. The dr scheduled me for afternoon and made me sit in the parking lot long after closing time and then finally let me come in. when i came in, the dr didn’t even check me. he told me i wasn’t rich enough to pay for the medication and then proceeded to tell me, I wasn’t dying so I couldn’t get it. Office staff and call center are unprofessional and rude! Its like they're all trying to get fired but it never happens.....Don't waste your time. Google made me put 1star in order to review. They don't deserve even that!!
They have a call service now. I've called 6 times no call back. Ever since musc has taken over their service SUCKS
Love the staff and the doctors are greatt!!
