Mica K. was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen to every concern I had, never made me feel rushed, and thoroughly explored all possible solutions. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and really knows her field. The staff was also as helpful and kind as always. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable care.
He did not like when i asked him a simple question and had an attitude about it. He did however apologize for it at a later appointment. Then he was supposed to order an ultrasound for a concern my spouse had and Dr. Robertson even agreed he was glad we brought that to his attention. A week went by and he never put in for that ultrasound and another doctor ended up doing it in one day. My spouse has cancer spreading quickly.. this is not something to drag your feet on.
