Even though I filled out all my paperwork ahead of time online they insisted I arive an hour before my appointment time then had me sit in the waiting room for an hour for no reason I will be using Centerpoint next time
I had knee surgery here February 4th. Dr. Moore was my anesthesiologist, he was so kind and very informative. His team was awesome. Helen and Jeff were my RN's. Both so so nice. Jeff took excellent care of me during post op. I truly appreciate you guys!
I had a Colonoscopy this morning at St Marys Surgical Center in Blue Springs. Throughout the process from start to exit, the communication was outstanding and everyone i encountered was friendly, caring and professional. There were no gray areas. I have no complaints about the care that I received. They listened to my concerns and did their best to make me comfortable. However, if you need to call them, either before the day of your surgery or after you get home from having your surgery, no one answers the phone and no one responds to the message you leave. This is a HUGE negative for a surgery center. They also will not call you back when they tell you that they will. I had an excellent experience from the time I stepped in until the time I was rolled out. Great check in process and friendly nurses, docs and staff.
