Went to the st Marys GP Southampton today. There was two ladies at the reception and the older one was absolutely miserable. No manners, do not fit for the job of being a receptionist. They very people come here to be better she makes them feel worse. Should be sacked. Do not deserve to be around people as do not know how to be a receptionist. Very rude and appalling behaviour.
Found Martin way more helpful than the doctors at mulberry… he also has a heavy resemblance to my dad!
Multiple requests to specifically NOT BE CONTACTED by one of your GPs due to his rude and impatient nature. Ignored. This is by far the most disorganised GP in the south. You should be embarrassed to work here. Look at your reviews for Christ's sake.
Friendly and Supportive reception staff. Immediate response by the staff with guidance for alternatives in emergency.
