It is my pleasure to rate this clinic highly. Beginning with the reception staff who are very friendly and professional. But a special mention needs to be made to recognise the incredible skills of Dr. MOULOS and Nurse Carmen. Together they treated and cured my infected cyst. Their communication and 'bed side manner' were especially appreciated.
First visit to the clinic and seen by Dr Saha, he was friendly and professional and made me feel at ease.
A very good clinic but today they get a poor review because of the woefully inadequate bandaids they applied to wounds! They don’t shave around the biopsy site and whacking a tiny bandaid on a hairy male is ludicrous. They all fell off by the time I got home and I had to apply proper dressings myself. They say don’t get it wet for 2 days but fail to apply suitable dressings. This is not the first time this has happened and the issue needs to be addressed. Please buy some properly sized waterproof dressings!
My GP recognised a BCC on my head which I had treated six years ago and it would not heal.She refered me to St.Marys Skin clinic and where I found Simone Shepard who not only refered me for further sugery but found and excised another BCC on my forehead with the minimum of fuss. Upon reviewing the results of my major treatment a further BCC was found on my arm. After a biopsy it was dertermined that it need to be removed and consequently Dr Shepard removed the BCC.
