The worst experience today went after a fall he “PA” PA” didn’t recommend a X-RAY I insisted than the took forever to the point where I was falling asleep, still in 5-7 pain level, no full body checkup I was over just asked to leave. Then put me on no work restrictions after no even fully examining me. No Ty ER St Mary’s 1 Star was a Stretch😠
Never discharged me after i was transported here for health evaluation after complaining about darknet attacking our infrastructure giving me a headache after one of our solar flare incidents.
The nurse that was working my 3 year old son's case was extremely rude and disrespectful. My son went in yesterday afternoon for an allergic reaction to amoxicilin. We were taken back to a room almost immediately. Spoke with the nurse for a moment and then we were left alone for over 1.5 hours. My grandmother went to the Nurse's station after over an hour of waiting, just to check-in and get a status update. The nurse then came in and was extremely unpleasant with a horrible attitude. The emergency department is a joke. I understand being understaffed and busy but today the service we received was terrible. At one point my boyfriend needed to use the bathroom so I had to get somebody since nobody was answering the call button. A nurse came to stop his IV drip so he could and left saying use the call button to have it hooked back up. We did and nobody came.
