Took my dog for a walk around the outside area a couple weeks back while my kid had hockey practice inside, and honestly the whole place felt welcoming even for us just hanging around the parking lot. Plenty of space to park and a decent grassy patch right by the entrance where she could stretch her legs before we headed off. The staff at the front desk were friendly when I popped in to ask about washroom access, no attitude at all about the dog waiting outside. Brought my two kids here a couple of weekends ago and we all had a great time. The ice surface was in really good shape, which made a big difference for my younger one who is still finding his footing on skates. Staff at the front desk were super friendly and got us sorted out quickly without any fuss. We will definitely be making this a regular weekend stop for the family.
Had a blast playing pickleball and the folks were super friendly !!!
