My personal experience with this company has been positive from start to finish. The lovely lady at reception was so friendly, despite me annoying her constantly for updates on my car. The damage to my car didn’t look that bad but it actually was, to the point where I couldn’t actually open the passenger door without it crunching as it was wedged into the side of the bonnet from the accident.
