Absolute nightmare of an experience. Not only was the job not finished, I was disrespected the entire time. I called on a Wednesday to resolve a drainage issue that was causing sewage to back up into my tubs and toilets. I did not receive a callback until Friday. Ed was rude and did not communicate clearly during the service call Friday. Cheryl was incredibly disrespectful when I called to see why Ed left without a word on Saturday (when he was supposed to fix my drainage issue). Very unresponsive and not dependable.. Did not use them. Went with Roto Rooter.
Great people , great company. My highest recommendations.
Called Sept 15 to install a tankless water heater. Said he'd be here Sept 21st. No call, no show. We called him and and left a message. No call back. Unprofessional.
