Was told insurance would process my son's meds 3 days from now and they will be ready. Show up 930am and hear Tyler in the back yell "we just opened". I make him aware I can hear him and I know what time it is, but I was told it was ready and just waiting to run it today. Then suddenly the medication isnt covered. I ask how much it will cost because it's a medication my child can NOT just stop without highly unpleasant problems. He refuses to let me pay for it.
