First time calling since my Doctor retired. Was told the first available appointment was December. The lady on the phone was less than helpful and rude. I will not be returning to this place.
The office and staff are great!!!!!!! But after my original Dr (Boggess) retired, I was given Arup Sarkar, he was pleasant until he wasn't. Knot in my stomach, he scheduled an ultrasound in June. July rolled around and though MyChart said "mass with dimensions". I received no feedback on the next steps. I finally spoke with my nurse and she stated the results were delayed getting to him, the results were a cyst. I scheduled an appointment and was actually able to get in the same day. Just called and really felt racially discriminated. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me I should find another PCP when I was trying to schedule.
