Came hospital really tired and became more tired as I had to wait for hours . Came with fever and cold . Saw the nurse in first hour and had to wait again for 3 hours. Couldn’t see doctor as I was not feeling well at allThere was only 5 people for the whole time and none of them could leave in the 4 hours I have been there. Terrible experience. I wish I should have stayed home and had advil. That would have made me feel so much better as I could at-least rest.

Where is the zero star option!?. This hospital treated my wife like a useless junkie when she came in having heart attack symptoms. She was actually had a blood clot. The staff and doctors were rude and ignorant and demeaning. They said. "Dont worry, we'll give you a sniff of morphine." Insinuating she only came in to get free narcotics. What an insult!. I wouldn't take my dog here.

I was amazed at the care my mom received from both the doctor's and nurses. Ben has been amazing and I appreciate all the time and care he has taken. The doctor has been very kind and informative. I appreciate everything you have done for her. This is my hospital of choice in the Kitchener area due to the care the patients receive when they are in there. Thank you again to everyone🙏♥️😀

I would like to say , I was there yesterday and the level of care was absolutely amazing. I was there for 5 1/2 hours and it was an amazing experience the staff made me feel really good and really was there for the patient . And I was say the hospital was absolutely really clean and that was amazing.

Thank you to all the staff including the Nurses and Doctors here. Very kind and considerate. Hospital is tip tier! Dr Carrier is the best.
