I received immediate care and that's what I got. The ER is always busy but they still tend to everyone that comes in. They were professional and did a thorough job pin pointing what was happening to me. Thank yuo to them for basically saving my life. You have my heart filled thanks to all.

I took my wife to the ER today for excruciating back pain. We wound up immediately leaving for Albany med ER, so we didn't get to have interaction with nursing and doctor staff. The reason was the woman at front desk check in was exceptionally cold. Unsolicited, She immediately said “WELL you know we don't do MRI’s here” and would not answer a simple question of do they other capability such as CAT scan. Some people should not be in a position to be first point of hospital contact.

Nurses and Tech’s Where Great!!!, That’s the only reason they got one star, as far as the Doctor, not only would I ever go there again, I never want to See Him again, I’m 63 yrs old was in a Horrific Rollover accident and He had Zero care for the pain I was in!!!….He should have been stripped His license to Practice!!!…Again the Nurses and Tech’s were Great!!!, Asked Him for a note for Work and He said “for What”, I had a Torn rotator Cuff, Concussion, Whiplash and Head trauma, all diagnosed from other Doctors!!!!

This hospital er was awful if you wanna watch staff eat while sitting for four hours without medical help go here but if ur looking for medical assistance I. A quick way this isn’t the place to go ! Bad bad bad
