This policy of getting a phone call appointment which may possibly occur at some undisclosable time during the day needs to end. It's discriminatory and ridiculous. If you have literally anything that you need to do during that day, then you will miss your appointment and need to rebook. If you so much as don't take your phone to the bathroom with you, then you will miss your appointment and need to rebook, and be given a lecture on wasting the doctor's appointment slots for the privilege.
