Check in machine wasn’t working, had to wait in the queue for 10 minutes to speak to the receptionist who told me that I am almost 10 minutes late and to sit in a chair in the corner of reception. I was sat their for 2 hours before they eventually told me the doctor can’t see me anymore and asked me to book another appointment. During the time I was sat there, the doctor came out to look for me and they turned him away as I was late. It was their fault I was late. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Got sent here due to a econsult this is not my usual place. Arrived 10 mins early. And an hour passed and still wasn't called. Asked at reception to be told "I've not been told anything, u just have to wait" another 10 minutes go by and another lady comes along and tells everyone the doctor has decided not to see anyone just like that. The doctor that refused to see patients needs looking into as it's so unprofessional.
