In possible to get a appointment, reception staff are hit and miss few lovely but a far few very dismissive and unprofessional . Nurses have always been fantastic though.
I feel so let down about my repeat perscriptoin I had a chance of a new start and and I had to let it go because my perscriptoin was back dated been with this surgery for many years
I don't know where these negative posts are coming from but I have never had anything but polite and professional service. Yes the phones are busy but you can choose the call back option, which I have done previously and with success. Staff have always been helpful and friendly!
Left for days without essential medication because they "forgot" to send it over to the pharmacy and by far not for the first time and because its now weekend its too late. Seriously dont know what to do. The thougt of spending the next 4 days in agony is horrible. I cant take this anymore.
