Dr Anita Lui gave me medical advice that a Specialist confirmed as incorrect and dangerous; advice that risked my health and safety if I followed it. Dr Lui can become dismissive, reactive, irresponsible and cold if she gets confused or stressed. I recommend going elsewhere if you have complex conditions.
Fantastic doctors and receptionist, not taking new patients and those that are lucky enough to be on the patient list must book appointments, no walk ins.
Ridiculous that you have spots available for the whole day but won’t take new patients. When I ask when available spots will be open for new patients was told that you never take new patients.
