I came in today 5/22 for chest pain and not being able to breathe, when I went to take a deep breaths I feel like I was suffocating. I also have a very serious heart condition which is the only reason I even decided to come. I have currently been in the waiting room for over 2 hours, while the multiple people who have came in after me for minor problems have been taken back into rooms. I’m not one to come to the er unless it’s an emergency, this service is beyond ridiculous.

Unable to get through to billing. Nobody is answering! They don't accept online payments. What is this, 1895?
My mother in law is in there and my wife has medical power of attorney and no one calls or updates piss poor service very unprofessional if something don’t change tomorrow she will be transferred to a professional medical facility.
My daughter was life flighted to st Mary’s trauma center when she was in an ATV accident on 3/29/2020 she was released the next day with a concussion. Less than a week later on 4/2 she started having dizziness and not feeling well again. I called the er cause I just didn’t want to take her to the er if I didn’t have to with this Coronavirus. ICU was terrific when my dad was there. A special shout out to Jared P. and Alec S. who were so kind. Praying for all the wonderful nurses; especially during this horrible pandemic.
These people are literally not letting my parents in to see my brother, which they called this mourning an said he was dieing. I know your on lock down but u let patients out in public to smoke an come back in but won’t let my parents see my brother. Dave said call back Monday an they will see if we can see him, but they don’t think he will make it that long. PURE BULL CRAP
