RecommendedI can only attest to the ER and the treatment I received. I was seen on 9/5. Specifically, the evening shift nurses and housekeeping staff (room 13) went way above the normal call of duty to take care of me and my medical issues. I am forever grateful! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I work in the laundry department. My husband of 40 years recently passed away. I would like to thank everyone at st Mary’s for being more like family rather then coworkers during this time. Thank you to the house keepers and the maintenance guys, and everyone else for their prayers. They were very good to me and gave me extra days off which they didn’t have to do. I love all of you and can’t thank you enough.
Before it was taken over by Mt Heath they had a hospitality house people could stay at. Now they have shut that down and there is no were for patients to stay and family of patients to be near there loved ones. It is a dirty shame they have done this because many people really relied on the house. Me and my husband was one of those families. Don't mistreat Vets and their families, have compassion for your patients. Rude horrible interaction with some workers.
Worst place to go ever! Literally waiting hours while my eye is in paid listening to nurses laugh and chat but when I go to leave then they want to help.
I went to the ER about a month ago and they took my temp, sat me in the lobby for 5+ hours after they thought I had appendicitis, finally did my CAT scan, let me sit for another hour. Then they said you don’t have appendicitis but you have some sort of infection we’re not sure where so we’re going to take more blood and not give you fluids or a bed even though you’ve been vomiting for 24 hours straight. My husband was sent to St.Mary's on June 16th 2020 from logan medical for his heart he had a 90% blockage so on June 17th 2020 they did open heart surgery Dr .Chowdhury did he surgery Dr.Chowdhury and his surgical team did a wonderful job...The staff and nurse in open heart recovery was wonderful with my husband and all nurses and staff on 3rd floor step down is doing a wonderful job with him...I want to thank them all for be so wonderful and doing a great job...🙂😊
Old semi private rooms, Terribly small and no privacy at all. My husband fell and broke a hip while a patient and this was never acknowledged by anyone from the hospital. Husband is crippled now. 😢
