Exceptional service and extraordinarily kind and fast. We drove over an hour to go to St. Mary’s as there are no pediatric specialists near us- just standard ers that also claim to do kids. I am so grateful we did. We were in and out within 2 hours, including seen by 2 nurses, a doctor and received a CT scan. They also didn’t do any unnecessary tests like the Cleveland Clinic and the big places do to hike up the billable prices to insurance. And it didn’t take forever to get discharged. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Forever Grateful for Dr. Lugo! ❤** There are truly no words that can fully express my gratitude for Dr. Lugo at St. Mary’s Medical Center Emergency Department. As a mother, she is the kind of physician you pray your child encounters when they need medical attention the most. The first time we met Dr. Lugo, my son was less than a month old. A heartfelt thank you to all the nurses who cared for my daughter during her first ER visit. What was a very scary day for us was made so much easier by your kindness and compassion.
