I’ve been complaining to my rental office about a horrible smell in my apartment for over three weeks. I’ve called multiple times, they sent maintenance ONE time, who stuffed some random foaming material under my bathroom sink—and surprise—it did nothing. I kept following up and was told they were “seeking further assurance,” whatever that means. No updates. No follow-through. I called again yesterday and the property manager basically brushed me off, said she’d “relay the message” to maintenance, and hung up on me mid-call.... read more
