Zero stars! St. Mary's Landing, owned by Morgan Properties, has chosen to allow predatory towing practices. JNJ Towing is contracted with this property. The tow company frequently sits in the lots and waits for unsuspecting visitors/victims to park in areas that do not have visible NO PARKING signs. They will tow a car minutes after their unsuspecting victim walks away from the vehicle. If you dont have $300 cash or Zelle, JNJ charges $50 per day to hold your car hostage. This apartment complex should be ashamed of themselves to have people/family members towed in the middle of the afternoon while visiting family. There is nothing specifically outlined that states you MUST pay for parking at any time. You CANNOT park anywhere on the premises without risking your vehicle being towed. They prey on visitors so beware. Now let me uber to Leonardtown to pay $300 to get my vehicle back that was towed at 3pm! Good luck to those paying over $1900 for this mess!
