The parking lot is free and they used to charge to park there. It is an easy in and out lot. The only reason I gave it less than 5 stars is because it fills up quickly.
I always experience an easy time when I check into St. Marys hospital. The parking lot is set up to be able to find a parking space and log into the hospital spaces.
Had to see radiology staff was friendly
Very clean hospital. Staff was welcoming. Nurse was super accommodating. I was seen on a Thursday morning around 10 am in August and I was checked in , seen by nurse , waited 20 more minutes on registration for billing purposes & by then the nurse had my prescription and I was out the door. Fast, clean, helpful staff. Overall great experience for hospital in heart of Waterbury.
