Absolutely. Disgusted, with the level of detail from the triage nurse literally literally didn't ask me. Anything took my vitals said they were normal. Weren't normal for me because my heart rate runs a lot lower than sat there for. 6 hours, just to be told that there was still people ahead of me. Me and it would probably be another 4 to 6. Let me it tell you that the cases in front of me were definitely non. Emergent where I had been dehydrated. One of the best emergency departments I have ever been to. Staff care about patient care, show compassion and maintain a positive outlook even amidst the challenges that an emergency room generally has present. So grateful for the medical support I received when there is a medical shortage in this province.

Very quick to get in, nurses and doctors were very kind and professional and I was able to get the care I needed, great hospital

We were at the ER and my wife registered as per the instructions but was not given a wrist band and then waited in the Triage line for two hours without being called up. When she finally asked she was told to go register. Then proceeded to have to wait even longer to be Triaged and then have to wait to be called in. It seems that the hospital management has change or has just dropped the ball with regards to caring for patients!!! I have to say the nursing staff are good!!
