The hospital and medical staff were excellent, however, I am not happy with the billing dept. I was billed $702 for surgery room when I didn't have surgery. I called, they changed it on the insurance bill, but not on my bill, that cost me $295 co-pay for surgery, which I never had. Doctor said no to surgery and I went home. Still, after it went to the review board, I had to pay it. Isn't that insurance fraud?
The best hospital I have ever used for a colitis issue!!!,the nurses and staff are kind and go above and beyond!!!,,,years ago I felt like st Peters was similar to this,,,,but hands down St Mary's is the best!!!,,it's hard to find kind and caring staff in health care but this place has it!!!,thankyou!!!!!!!
Hello, I've been going to St. Mary's for a while now. I absolutely love the hospital. Sure sometimes things they don't get right because they're human and especially when going to the ED they only have a short time to evaluate you. But my experience has been over all great with the staff and care I and my family have received. The ED and a floor I think called the Maria Hall even saved my life from a serious infection that they never found but were able to treat about a decade ago. So my mom Susan fell broke her hip, was taking to st.marys had to have hip replacement, she was on antibiotics 2days prior for bronchitis, well they did the surgery and even 3 days after still haven't giving her the antibiotics her doctor put her on or the other medicine for oral thrush, she is 73 years old has a bad surgical repaired mesh in her stomach with part of her intestine removed and hasn't had bowel movement and she finally tries to go and she is bleeding and the nurse just says it might be a hemorrhoid, but with h... read more
