I called to get my prescription and they refused to give me my information because I wasn't buying their glasses or contacts. Was put on hold several times without them telling me and I was basically hung up on at the end. I was civil and just asking questions because I needed my prescription information and yet I was treated this way, Definitely Won't be going back.
