My first experience with Marathon Health was fantastic. The CNP listened, provided excellent care, and followed up the next day. I think it was Ashley Fox, but I can’t swear to it. I recently took my daughter in for a sick appt and was paired with Dr. Martin. It ended up being a less than stellar visit. Dr. Martin was off-putting and brusk, especially in dealing with a sick child. Maybe adult patients can deal with her sarcasm, but it’s not appropriate for a child (or any patient, for that matter). Alyson W. is absolutely amazing. She listens and has been super helpful. Both of my kids have also had great experiences there. And the office staff has been fabulous as well.
I'm sure this site could be a great success, however, Dr. Martin was condescending and wanted to correct everything I was telling her about MY health journey. Not sure I'll be back unless its an emergency situation.
My son and I both went into the clinic for what we thought was a cold going through our house. We were given immediate test results for covid and strep, both negative. To be extra careful, they sent a full respiratory panel out and one came back positive for pertusis (whooping cough). After some back and forth with the school and health department, a second panel was done, to be sure, and our entire family of 6 was quarrentined and prescribed z-packs.
