Last week I scheduled a dot physical renewal. I come in they lost my paper work or some B's, then told to piss in a cup, then told I'm not allowed to get it early because they need certain stuff before, and I can only get it within a week of expiration. So why didn't the secretary/receptionist not know this and scheduled me for an appointment that was a complete waste of time. No apologies, just questions why I like to get it a month early. Great experience, I have been going for two years now and everyone is very nice and they have very good hours and can always get my family and I in quickly. I have been seeing NP Fox and she is great!
