Since this dentistry has changed hands it has become a negative experience from a customer perspective. My wife couldn't contact them by phone but left a message on answering machine - no response. I phoned about 5 times one day, no answer at all. I used the contact form on the website, no response. I turned up for my appointment, not knowing if it was still booked, to be told I couldn't come in as they had no electricity (not their fault to be fair).
