This is for whomever is in charge of setting the limitations on the non profit leagues such as baseball and controls the parks that these non profit organizations pay absurd amounts of money to to use these parks. Giving them from March 15 to June 15 only 3 months for a season and having to finish or pay so more absurd amounts of money to have some age groups that want to keep playing a little longer for all stars or other tournaments or even to finish a decent season of games is ridiculous.
