I called few minutes ago and tried speaking to different people there who works there and while I did reach someone on the first time I got answering machine then I called back and was transferred to a nice lady e worker there named Shannon who very politely helped me as I honestly thanked her . Then I called back a third time to reach the Medicaid department but I couldn't because the person voicemail box is full then the phone hangs up after saying goodbye !
