Whatever you do don't buy extra warranty. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM !!!!! I bought my truck brand new here and the extra 12 year rust protection . I called to schedule my GMC Sierra in for an oil change to take advantage of the 90% off oil change coupon mailed to existing customers. I specifically declined the "Health Check" for an additional $15. My wife drove the truck to the dealership today for the scheduled appointment and they pressured her into doing the Health Check after she had declined this service and repeated to the service tech that her husband also declined this service when booking. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Kyle and Ally at the St. Mary’s GMC service department! I came in on a Friday afternoon with a random sensor light flashing and had no idea what the issue was. Kyle and the team jumped right on it and had everything fixed up so quickly. The best part was how fast and smooth the service was, especially right before a long weekend. What a horribly unethical establishment. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They do not honour their online pricing, car sticker or salesperson’s quote. Jerry quoted me the sticker price yesterday but Susan Herriot, the businessman ness manager who approved the quote yesterday, said today it was a mistake and would not honour the quote. She even blamed Jerry for the mistake. ZERO HONOUR SUSAN Please share this post with the owner of this establishment since I’ll be reaching out to GM with a formal complaint.
