I just left a major nationwide bank for st marys because of good customers reviews. I was in the lobby for a good 20mins before a teller asked if we needed help. Meanwhile I watched one, not two but THREE customer helpers go home right past by my family. They did not say a word until a bank teller watching all this unfold LIVE!!. The bank teller ALSO took her sweet time and asked if we needed help. I would hope whoever is in charge at st Marys reads this post. I really thought this local location was Ideal for my family
