We have been members of this credit union for several years now. Every encounter with them has been great. Kind, professional, efficient. This past weekend we brought in a large amount of change for a school fundraiser to deposit in their coin star machine. We were there for quite awhile. Not only was the staff so kind and helpful, they were genuinely excited to hear the amount the kids raised. And they let us stay a bit past closing to finish counting up the coins. We greatly appreciate you all!!
Assistant Bank manager Lorna Mills was so unprofessional, , It was the most painful experience I’ve ever had in forty two years In Business, No Knowledge to assisting with a commercial loan with one of their Own members , She knew nothing about the requirements of buying an automobile from a Massachusetts used car dealer what so ever ( Horrible experience) Also everything she needed was right in front of her or on the back side of the paperwork wich she never fully read nor understood, SOOO BAD !
