Terrible experience. Bad business practices. Don't seem at all concerned about patients. Here's the situation: Made an appointment online with a physician as a new patient in September. Received a confirmation for said appointment. Created an account on MyChart. Never received a request for new patient information. Very strange! Called the morning of my appointment (5 weeks later) to see if I should come in early to fill out paperwork. Office staff member said doctor is not taking new patients. This was my second visit with Maria Dats, I must say she is very good, she really cares about her patients. I am glad I found her. If it had 10 stars I would give her 10 stars. Thanks
Attentive and responsive to my request regardless if it is a scrip refill or medical question. Patient is the priority with this practice.
