We just lost our Mom this past Thursday. The care she received at St. Mary was amazing. Rebekah the director of nursing helped us navigate her final days and was wonderful to mom for 2 years and helped me so much whenever I needed her. Also, to Affinity Hospice Care, Z and Tamara, you are Angels. Thank you so much. Thank you to Joanna too and all the special staff who took care of our mom. This facility is almost filled to the brim with "nurses" passing work off to the next one until finally someone very angrily takes on the duty. Then they barely do the job/task that was asked if them, such as cleaning people or the chairs they sit in almost constantly. After I talked to multiple people and even being yelled at by one caretaker, the supervisor came to talk to me and tell me to stop yelling when all I was doing was talking to the caretaker who approached me. My mother is a fairly new resident so we are sharing feedback based on the sales experience and the welcome. We looked at several facilities, and St. Mary’s stood out with its strong caring from the staff that works directly with residents.
