By far the most caring doctor I have been to. He really cares for his patients and gives a comprehensive diagnosis and provides treatments accordingly. The staff are polite, friendly and the whole clinic has a relaxed feel which helps to allay anxieties when at this place
Dr Hapani is the best Doctor i have been seeing him for many years he is a wonderful caring thoughtful doctor. I find him very professional caring and takes time to listen to one’s concerns. He is very thorough in resolving any issues / concerns i needed addressing. I would highly recommend him.
Terrible experience with the receptionist louis . She was rude dismissive and clearly shouldn’t be working in a medical environment where kindness and professionalism matter. Instead of helping, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment I walked in. It’s shocking that someone with such a bad attitude represents the clinic. If you care about being treated with basic respect, avoid dealing with louis at all costs.
