Terrible experience with the receptionist louis . She was rude dismissive and clearly shouldn’t be working in a medical environment where kindness and professionalism matter. Instead of helping, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment I walked in. It’s shocking that someone with such a bad attitude represents the clinic. If you care about being treated with basic respect, avoid dealing with louis at all costs.
Dr Hapani & staff have provided a high level of care to both me & my mother over many years. Dr Hapani is a caring & excellent doctor who goes above expectations in the care he shows his patients.
