I understand ER is busy.. but tonight, Thursday , Oct 30, it would be nice if the EDT CAREGIVER 08 lady, the one wearing all black, green vans, and curly hair w/ highlights, and sitting on the first computer starting at the left, would have better compassion. She looks, and acts like she does not like her job. She sounds like a robot, stares at patients like she's irritated and speaks to them in a condescending voice, with no patients, concern, care or empathy in her voice, which as ER patients, we need. My mom and I took my nephew here because he had an accident and split his eyebrow they did check us in pretty quickly but as soon as we were inside and in a room they had us waiting an hr each time to hear from them. The first time they asked us what happened left came back an hr later to check his vitals another hr later to tell us there just going to staple his eyebrow...more time passes they say he's probably not going to sit still but we are going to wrap him up and just go for it we said okay whatever they had to do but... read more

If I can give this place a negative star I would. Spent several hours in the ER with stabbing stomach pain just for them to tell me I'm fine. They don't do there due diligence.
