Arrived via ambulance after an accident. Was suffering from vertigo and sat in waiting room for 2 hours between tests and never offered wheelchair. Did not see a doctor nor given verbal results or instructions upon discharge. Sent home with alk EKG rabs still stuck to my body. Such unprofessional staff that need training at this facility
Could offer some food in the waiting room during the wait but we decided to try a different hospital and I'm noticing the difference and focus. Will update ❤️
Visited the emergency room at St. Mary Medical Center for stomach pain. Check-in was quick, and the staff was nice and professional, which I appreciated. However, I had to wait about 4 hours to get a CT scan, which felt long, but I understand ER wait times can vary. Overall, decent care and kind staff, but be prepared for a wait.
If I could give ½ or none I will but the fact is the only thing good about my experience was,, when out of a total of five hours waiting in the Emergency room I was only seeing 20 minutes,, the rest was nothing but waiting in the lobby,, that place had the worst line I ever seen I have been to other emergency rooms as a patient or companion but this one breaks the record of me waiting there,, I don't blame the nurses or the doctor I blame the lack of employment,, I went for a back problem I told them I felt my spine bones mo... read more
