Ryan Northrup, RN in ICU, was the kindest person to my husband and I in August, 2024. My husband went in for head trauma and Ryan took perfect care of him, even transferring to an area with natural light when available. Thank you!

**UPDATE** Now, I want to review even lower!! In addition to them not following through with the Rx and charging me $780 they sent me another bill for $2,085 in addition to the extra $832 for the Doctor bill, which we already paid. This 1 star is for the registration staff. I paid $780 before I even saw the doctor. When we left, I asked the receptionist twice if we needed some paperwork. She said no. The next day, when CVS didn't get the RX, I called the ER, and they said it was our fault for leaving without getting discharge papers. We went to the ER on 9/4/2024 at about 9 PM.
