I had a great experience. Excellent doctor and staff. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and friendly. No problems. All was fine.
I've been using Medical Arts Internal Medicine for many years. I've always had a pleasant experience with all staff (seeing my fair share of doctors and NPs).Their online portal is easy to navigate; having all my information from visits, reports, and scheduling appointments made easy. I currently see Dr. Nicholson and highly recommend him.
I've been going here ever since 2024. Once you get past the front desk I guess it's okay. They all are rude obnoxious with no people skills. The manager Christine does not get back to you. They are all about money and that is all. They do not care about you at all. They dropped me as a patient without a written notice. I have a upcoming surgery because I fractured my spine and I don't have a PCP now to get cleared to have it. They will kick you out like you are a dog. Doctors and the nurses are fabulous. The front desk people are atrocious. And whoever is answering the phones could just not hang up on people and work on their customer service skills
