Shout out to Tracy who could not have been more rude and unprofessional. This office is horrible and should not be in the st mary network although they also dont have the reputation they used to.
Dr Margulies has been our Primary Physician for more than 40 years- he listens to us and always has helpful medical advice. He is an excellent diagnostician who we feel cares about us.
Drs are great. I absolutely love Michelle Hall, so I don't want to leave. As for reception however, I've personally not had one positive experience. Any phone calls I've had to make with the office staff have been genuinely aggressive and hostile on their end; even something as simple as scheduling a sick visit.
Deny medication refill without even a call. For a medicine that shouldn't be skipped. Upon the call to the office was told that needs to come in to be able to get a refill. Come to the office and do everything that being told. Leave the office expecting to be able to pick up medicine later........yeah keep on dreaming. If you can't follow through on something as simple as calling in a script to the pharmacy you have no business being open.
Nasty, nasty, nasty ,,,, The “lady” to the right of the front desk acts like she is doing you a favor by acknowledging your presence. If there was a space for NO STAR, I would have checked it. I am not a patient so I cannot comment on the quality of the medical staff.
