This is my primary Drs office and I've been calling everyday for help don't answer the phone and don't call me back I'm in pain I guess I just have to go there and make an appointment never had anything like this ever where I have to go in to make a appointment not happy I would give o zero if I could zero help..
The best doctors in the high desert best customer service everyone that works in this office is amazing
I've been here twice now. The first time I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor which is pretty much standard in the health industry. But the kicker is today when I went I was 10 minutes late and a doctor wouldn't see me. The horrible thing about it is the receptionist was really unkind and very rude and condescending. I was nothing but kind to her. I think she's very much racist.
