NP, Nancy Covone is fantastic! I have been at this practice for 20 years, and this was my first visit with her. She is very Thorough, very friendly and just an all around great person. I’m going to pick my nose and not wash my hands just to have an excuse to book another appointment with her!! I’m just kidding but she is that wonderful. Thank you for such a great experience. I made an appointment to discuss recurring symptoms potentially related to hormonal imbalance. Nancy quickly dismissed them and suggested I was bipolar. When I politely disagreed and asked about other options, she became combative and condescending. I also asked about seeing a nutritionist for help with weight loss. Nancy instead referred me to a fad diet on Instagram/Facebook. Overall she seemed more interested in hearing herself talk rather than discussing options to improve my health.
