To say I was impressed by Dr. Kelly Ann Loftus is an understatement. I adored her willingness to listen and tailor treatment to my specific needs. She doesn't rush through appointments and ensured I understood every aspect of my care. To add I didn’t catch the male receptionist name , or the nurse who checked me in but they were both professional and nice as well. Dr Kelly Loftus and here staff are wonderful and compassionate. 5stars.
Dr. Loftus is the best! My thyroid has always been a little messed up thanks to an autoimmune disease but every time we have a problem, she finds the solution. To all you with the negative reviews, I just have one question: why?
I would give negative stars if I could. I have been going through treatment for thyroid cancer and because of my insurance had to have radioactive iodine treatment and scans done at Doylestown. Dr. Loftus’s office still ordered all of this. Well I just had my post treatment scan. After I drove to the office to deliver it personally (because they refused to call the hospital when they claim they didn’t receive results) they informed me she wouldn’t be in until the next week. the staff will harass and verbally berate you, they do not respect chosen names and deny essential medication if you don't jump through their hoops. seek alternates or you will regret it
