This is the second time I’ve had the same unacceptable experience at this clinic. I made a morning appointment for 10:40 AM and arrived around 10:30. The doctor was not there on time, and I ended up sitting there until 12:00 PM without my dog being seen. What made it even more frustrating was watching customers who arrived after me get taken before me. I brought my cat in on a Sunday with an emergency. The team took her in right away, after ultrasound and tests explained exactly what was happening and why surgery was the only real option, and had her in without delay. She came through it well and was back to herself within days. Few days after my first cat's surgery here, my second cat developed the same thing.
