A family member stayed on Heather Ward for 10 months during 2025. They were not in a good place on arrival and even though they had complex mental health issues they were treated with kindness, care, compassion, respect and patience. Through the dedication of the staff and adjustments of medication over the months, my family member made a considerable improvement. Forever grateful for the support Heather Ward gave us through very difficult times. Thank you. Liz
