Called to rebook an appointment. Have been transferred twice and on hold for 2 hours. Got tired, called the front desk again, different receptionist picked up. Asked if everything is okay, cause we are on hold to that department for 2 hours now. The receptionist checks what time they open, turns out they open in 10 minutes from our current call. As a stroke patient at st martins in October 24 I can only say positive things about this hospital excellent staff great physiotherapist team and lovely food

Took my mums hearing aids in this morning for their 1st service so I had no idea what to expect or where to go. I went to reception and asked the male receptionist where I had to go, his reply " how are we going to know whose those are" I said pardon and he repeated and said they should be in a bag, I said I didn't think the letter said anything and replied, " it would have" he had a bad manner and I asked him not to be so rude he said he was trying hard not to be.
