On November 19th. 2025, I did the unthinkable. I never thought that day would ever come. After 94 years of age my mother was showing signs of dementia. I had to face the truth that she was no longer able to take care of herself. The nurses drop the ball often. They bring their husbands to work with them. They endanger their patients' lives. I seen it first-hand sent one of their patients to the ICU. When all could have been avoided, this is a shotty company at best.
St Martins started out to be a great hospice. They "jumped" right in to help me. They delivered needed items virtually the next day. However I was in a situation as a disabled senior and my home had been robbed and burnt down so I also had to live as a "room and board". For unknown reasons one of the nurses has told the owner of the house to take a package of cookies out of my room (he said that he'd been told that I could kill myself with them-I know this is bizarre). I have the best care from m y nurses. Joyce and Cassandra are the best. Treat me like I was their mother. Best in the west as they say..lol Love them.
