Beautiful villa we had an amazing family vacation!
This is 2nd time renting Blue Sailing. Best part was on island Rep Cherline. She went above & beyond customer service. One day no water & toilets weren’t working. I called her & later that day all was ok Another day we came back from beach and went to get our wallets out of safe; it wouldn’t open. Batteries dead. I called Cherline. She was on other side of island and was able to open safe & install new batteries in about 2 1/2 hours. Suggestion: replace safe batteries often. We wasted 2-3 hours trying to get it open. Great from the planning to the completion of the vacation. Vast amount of information on the villas. The concierge and experience booking services helped to make our vacation unforgettable.
We stayed at the Aqua Dreams. We had a great view and used the pool everyday. I brought a bluetooth speaker not knowing that the house had Sonos that I was able to connect to. The house cleaner was amazing and super friendly. We had a small issue with the wifi but they were able to send someone out and it was fixed right away. We all agreed we would stay here again.
Lucky me! This was my third time at Villa MaPai! It never fails to impress in fact it just gets better! We were a group of 10 women in our 60s (sister in laws, cousins and best friends since high school). The house was very comfortable in every way from the fully equipped kitchen to the great seating areas and new pool furniture. Thibaud, our house manager was exceptional as always!
