I waited 3 months for a one bedroom appartment. Under 550$ a month was told tree days ago the rent went up to over 600 plus now the deposit is 1200 plus. I know by the person that showed me the apartment the 2 bedroom were 700 $ a month. I was also told buy a renter here at this place that favoritism was a problem with the earlier person in charged of renting out. I didn’t believe them. But now being a victim I understand
St. Martha's Manor (55+ community) is a decent place to live , maybe for some not so much... but I make my apartment a cute little place for myself , and I stay out of other people's business , besides rents affordable , it's clean and I can have a pet which is very important to me. We have issues just like anywhere else but nothing I can't deal with. I'm happy here and that's what matters. AND HAVE YOU SEEN SOME OF THE RENT PRICES OUT HERE NOW!!!! I'm good.
I love these apartments i got laid here alot.
