Come join us in the newly remodeled community room for activities, computer center or a chance to read a good book. St. Mark’s Tower is a federally subsidized apartment complex for low income seniors 62 and older and for individuals with physical disabilities requiring the features of a mobility accessible unit. Applicants must meet income limits as well as other requirements.

Saint's Marks Tower is my favorite place to live. The welcoming staff, provides the great and best maintenance of the entire building and surroundings. Giving the tenants a clean and safe building to call it home.
The staff is amazing and they really care about their tenants. Great place to live downtown. The new lights keep the outside of the building and parking lot well-lighted.
