Worst er ever. Went in having an asthma attack and they had me waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes while you could hear them chatting away about their lives. Thank god I wasn’t dying.
They're rude! I registered my kids and I to be seen because we all have strep (which is highly contagious) and we needed antibiotics. They gave us an attitude saying that it would be a long time. I asked if they could estimate how long and they said "this is not urgent care, it's an emergency room". I know it's an emergency room. It's Sunday on a holiday weekend! Just prescribe the antibiotics and let us go.
They kick out my mother in law when she just had a heart attck. I don't have a way to go pick her up because of this bad weather.
Everyone attended me really nice, the nurses and the doc where amaizing Went for chest pain, 15 mins later i was feeling normal after all they did for me
