I'm very disappointed in this facility. My Dad was / is there for re-hab. He contacted bacterial pneumonia and was transferred to the hospital for almost a week. One would think with elderly people in an area like this there would be better sanitation. I was there everyday for 2 weeks visiting him and not once did any staff wash their hands before or after any contact with my Dad or another resident. Why can't there be hand sanitizer's attached by each door to remind all staff and visitors to use it before and after leaving ... read more
